Tomorrow Big day in Black Buck case for Saif Ali Khan and Salman Khan arrive in Jodhpur

Actor Salman Khan has reached Jodhpur on Wednesday. Let us know that the decision of the Jodhpur court is going to come in the matter of black deer hunting on Thursday. Apart from Salman, Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre are also accused in this case. In this case in 1998, Jodhpur Court will decide on Thursday. Actor Saif Ali Khan has also reached Jodhpur. It is alleged that during the shooting of 'We Are Along' in 1998, some people of the film cast had preyed black deer. Salman Khan had alleged that he did not have the license of the gun, which he used to catch black deer. However, in the case of Arms Act in January 2017, Salman was acquitted by Jodhpur court.

In two other cases related to this case, Salman Khan was acquitted by the Rajasthan High Court in July 2016 for lack of evidence against whom the Rajasthan government had reached the Supreme Court.

In this popular case of black deer hunting, Salman has also lived in jail for a week. The lower court had convicted Salman and sentenced him to another five years in two separate cases. In September 1998, cases were registered against Salman under section 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act.

In the case of two chinkara victims, Salman Khan was first convicted for one year from the lower court of Jodhpur on February 17, 2006. There is allegation that Bhavesh village near Jodhpur was hunted in the night of 26-27 September 1998.

Salman Khan had registered four cases in the deer hunting case. During the shooting of the film 'Hum Saath Hain Hoon', there is a charge against Salman and other actors during September-October 1998. In this case Salman Khan is also accused of instigating Salman for hunting on Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam.

Two separate cases of hunting two chinkara in Mathaniya and Bhavash on other accused, along with Salman, have been accused of placing the rifle (Arms Act) even after the deer hunting case and the license expired in Kankani. Deer hunting
In the third case Kankani village, on October 2, 1998 night, two black deer hunting. This case was pending till July 2012 due to additional prosecution in the Arms Act.

Salman was sentenced to five years' imprisonment on April 10, 2006 in the case of black deer hunting. The case of the victim is on the night of 28-29 September 1998 in the horse farm near Mathaniya, Jodhpur, but later got bail from Jodhpur High Court. Rajasthan High Court acquitted Salman on July 25, 2016 There were 12 accused in this case.

In the horse farmhouse hunting case, Salman had to stay in Jodhpur Central Jail six days from 10 to 15 April 2006. On confirmation of the sentence by Sessions Court, Salman had to stay in jail from 26 to 31 August 2007. The third case of deer hunting is in the Kankani village on October 2, 1998, two black deer hunting.
